Edina Painter Jeff Boutin Holding Show at Edina Galleria
The Galleria will hold an artist's reception for Boutin on Friday.
Jeff Boutin, an Edina artist who's had dozens of shows across the Twin Cities, will bring his work to the Edina Galleria on Oct. 4. for a show presented by the Art Resources Gallery.
An artist's reception will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Galleria. His work will be on display at International Market Square through Oct. 25.
The painter has spoken in the past about his love of color and his favorite subjects of trees, animals and flowers.
"Flowers remind me of people," he said in a March 2012 YouTube video. "The way leaves will hang low on a flower reminds me of the sadness a person is going through."
