Minneapolis Floral Design School Coming to Edina

The Minneapolis School of Floral Design is coming to Edina.

The school, started by floral designer Michael Gaffney, will be holding eight-week classes at Van’s Floral Products, according to the Sun Current. Students will learn floral retailing and wholesaling and event design.

"I realized how much flowers can affect a person," Gaffney wrote in a statement on his website. "They're part of every stage of life—birth, death, weddings, funerals, memories, romance."
