Edina Women Dress as Suffragists for Baird House Tour

Members of the League of Women Voters Edina volunteered to docent for the Historic Home tour earlier this month.

Earlier this month the Edina Historical Society invited the public inside three of the city's most notable houses.

Edina's majestic red brick Baird House, which dates to 1886 and the city's bucolic origins, was a highlight of tour, put on in honor of Edina's 125th anniversary.

During the tour members of the League of Women Voters Edina dressed in period costumes as suffragists, guiding guests around the Baird House.
