Edina Massage Envy Raising Money in National Arthritis Campaign
The Edina spa will donate $10 Wednesday from every massage and facial to the Arthritis Foundation.
Edina's Massage Envy Spa is partnering with the Arthritis Foundation on Wednesday, donating $10 from every one-hour massage and facial session as part of the annual Healing Hands for Arthritis event.
Massage Envy's 890 locations have raised more than $1 million since 2011 for the foundation.
The Edina Massage Envy spoke with Lakeville resident Cheryll Swedberg about how massage treats her arthritis.
"When I want to play with my daughter or my dog, there are certain things that I can't do," she said. "On the days that I have flare-ups, I think [massage] really helps."
