Yes, that would be yours truly in the above photo—circa late 1980's—alongside the entire Gauthier family. And you had better believe I was sporting a Bucky Badger sweatshirt long before I even considered attending college at the University of Wisconsin. But this post isn't about me. It's about that lovely lady standing behind my sister in this classic family photo: my mom.
