Vernon ave bike lanes

Once again---where is the advising on how to drive Vernon Ave now that there are bike lanes--Those of us who have traveled this path for over 50 years need
advising--Along with all our young drivers who do not receive any training on driving with bike paths.
Also, did the Edina School Super retire and get rehired?
