First Edina Player to Play Division I Lacrosse

National college signing day for Division I & II athletics will be Wednesday February 5th. Ted Goltzman will be the first Edina lacrosse player to sign a letter to play for a Division I school. Next year Ted will be playing Lacrosse for Marquette University in the Big East Conference. Ted is one of four Captains for Edina Hornets Lacrosse this coming Spring. While Ted is the first player to sign to play Division I lacrosse for Edina he certainly will not be the last. The Edina Lacrosse program the past few years has grown tremendously. There are several young prospects currently being looked at. Please come out this Spring to watch the Hornets play the oldest American sport, boys lacrosse!
