Hawaii Timeshare for rent

We are looking to rent our one bedroom Hawaii timeshare. We have confirmed booking (check-in August 30, 2014 check-out September 6, 2014). Booking is at the Imperial of Waikiki for the Palm Suite (one-bedroom, two bath, full kitchen, sleeps five). The Imperial of Waikiki is a block from Waikiki Beach. The resort website is www.imperialofwaikiki.com.

As we cannot travel to Hawaii, we will rent to you for $699 week ($100/night). Our maintenance fee to the resort is over $1,000 so you can see that we really can't go.

The only tax is $5/per night, payment directly to the resort (not to us)
