Buffalo Wild Wings Coming to Southdale Center

The restaurant chain plans to open an Edina location in late summer.

Buffalo Wild Wings is planning to open a restaurant in Edina’s Southdale Center late this summer.

The Golden Valley-based beer-and-wings chain will move into a 6,500 square foot location in the southeast side of the mall, near P.F. Chang’s and Rojo Mexican Grill, Southdale confirmed Monday morning.

“We’re so excited to get that space filled and to have Buffalo Wild Wings come in,” said Lauren Carpenter, Southdale’s marketing director. “I think a sports bar in Edina is a good addition for the community in general.”
