TwinWest Endorses Erik Paulsen for 3rd Congressional District

The TwinWest Chamber of Commerce announced its endorsement this week of in his Nov. 6 re-election bid in the 3rd Congressional District race.

TwinWest recognizes, now more than ever, that it is critical to have elected officials in Washington who are champions for small business and job creation.

"In his second term in office, Congressman Paulsen is a proven leader and strong friend of the Minnesota business community,” said Greg Korstad, shareholder at Larkin Hoffman Attorneys and chair of the TwinWest Board of Directors. “Once again, TwinWest considers Congressman Paulsen to be a ‘Hero of Business’ through his voting record, positions on key issues important to businesses, and his outstanding record of taking the concerns of business to Washington, to help move this economy forward and to spur job growth. Congressman Paulsen’s leadership to repeal the job crushing medical device tax is laudable. He understands that burdensome taxes and unnecessary regulations and red tape are a hindrance to entrepreneurs, small businesses and job creators.”

The TwinWest Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors reviewed Congressman Paulsen’s positions and voting record on key business issues, leadership on key business issues, local business community support and electability.
