iPad Stolen from Middle School, Mail Box Theft

Monday, April 30

  • Police responded to on a report of a stolen iPad valued at $499. School officials said an unknown person stole the device while it was left unattended in a classroom.
  • Police responded to on a report of stolen equipment valued at $5,841.77. The suspect reportedly forced their way into the business and stole the items.

Tuesday, May 1

  • Police responded to the 5800 block of Eastview Drive on a report of theft. The victim told police an unknown person stole a $25 gift card from his mailbox.
  • Police responded to the 6800 block of Washington Avenue South on a report of theft of a trailer. An unknown person stole two jet skis and a trailer that had been posted for sale. The items were valued at $9,000 in total.
  • Faith Bosibori Momanyi, 21, of 4000 Parklawn Ave #101, was arrested after employees at saw her attempt to steal clothing valued at $337. 
  • Thomas Luke Waller, 54, was arrested for domestic assault. No additional details were available.
