Bid Farewell to Retiring Countryside Elementary Staff Tonight
The elementary school will hold an open house from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday night.
Countryside Elementary School will be hosting a community-wide open house tonight to honor retiring staff members.
The event will be held in the school's cafeteria from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, with cake served to attendees. Among those retiring from Countryside this spring: Julie Hatzung, Katie McCullough, Jeanne Sumnicht, Sharon Forkins, Kandace Ellis, Dede Skold, Hannah King and Gail Schmidt.
Community members who wish to leave cards or notes for any of the retirees will be able to drop them in baskets set up at the event.
