A Dozen Fire Hose Valves Stolen from Edina Parking Ramps
An unknown suspect—or group of suspects—stole the valves from two different ramps in the city. They're valued at $2,100 in total.

Monday, Jan. 21
- Police responded to the iSold It on Ebay store on a report of forgery. An unknown suspect forged multiple checks from the store's business account.
Tuesday, Jan. 22
- Police responded to the 5200 block of 74th Street on a report of burglary. An unknown person stole a credit card from an office in the building.
- Police responded to a parking ramp in the 4000 block of 65th Street on a report of theft. An unknown person stole six fire hose valves valued at $1,050 from stairwells in the ramp.
- Police responded to the 4200 block of Parklawn Avenue on a report of a missing homeless adult male.
- Police responded to the 7100 block of Cahill Drive on a report of a lost wallet.
- Police responded to a parking ramp in the 4000 block of 51st Street on a report of theft. An unknown person stole six fire hose valves valued at $1,050 from stairwells in the ramp.
- Police responded to the 6500 block of France Avenue on a report of theft. An unknown suspect stole jewelry and a wallet valued at $2,026.
Wednesday, Jan. 23
- A victim came to the Edina Police Department to report a lost necklace.
- Dillon James Hunt, 19, of Inver Grove Heights, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance after his vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Hwy. 62 and France Avenue.
- Police responded to the 6800 block of York Avenue on a report of theft from auto. An unknown suspect entered a vehicle by force and stole a purse and briefcase valued at $200 in total.
- Police responded to the 4100 block of 76th Street on a report of theft. An unknown person stole a wallet valued at $26 from an unattended gym bag.
